You pay based on the number of contacts in your account, not per user/seat. The more contacts you have, the more people get celebrated. Your plan includes email delivery, graphics, automation, and storage for every contact. SMS and WhatsApp messages are charged separately from your messaging wallet.
The messaging wallet is a prepaid balance you top up to send SMS and WhatsApp greetings. Email is always free and included in your plan. When a birthday or anniversary triggers an SMS or WhatsApp message, the cost is deducted from your wallet balance.
