How do I automate birthday gifts for employees or clients?
In Peoplewisher, create a gift automation on a celebration group. Choose the gift, set a budget per person and a monthly cap, and decide who approves. On each person’s day the gift is sent with their greeting, and the recipient claims it from a link.
What kinds of gifts can Peoplewisher send?
Free animated digital gift cards, money gifts, airtime and data top-ups (where available), and cakes, flowers, food and hampers delivered in Lagos and Abuja. You can also bundle gifts into reusable gift packages. Vouchers and brand gift cards, such as Amazon, are coming soon.
Can managers approve gifts before they are sent?
Yes. Gift automations support approvals, so a paid gift only goes out once the right person signs off. Budgets per person and monthly caps add a second layer of control.
What happens if someone does not claim their gift?
Paid gifts are funded from your gift wallet, and unclaimed gifts are refunded to that wallet. Every send and claim is recorded in the Gift Center.
Can I export our gift history?
Yes. The Gift Center logs and tracks every gift, and you can export the history for reporting or finance.
Are digital gift cards really free?
Yes. Animated digital gift cards are free to send. Money gifts, airtime and deliveries are paid from your gift wallet. A free plan is available, so you can start without a card, and paid plans include every feature. See pricing for the current plans.
