Multi-channel celebrations
Every greeting on the channel each person actually reads
Some people live in WhatsApp, some only open email, and your team is in Slack or Teams. Peoplewisher sends birthday, anniversary and holiday greetings across all of them from one place, with a personal message and card for each person.

Why it matters
Every person remembered. No extra work.
Recognition only works when it is consistent. Peoplewisher makes sure nobody is missed, without adding work.
-
Seen, not buried
A greeting only counts if it is read. Sending on each person’s preferred channel keeps your wishes out of the ignored pile.
-
One schedule, every channel
No more juggling a WhatsApp list, an email tool and a Slack reminder. Every celebration lives in one schedule view.
-
Sent from you
Use your own WhatsApp Business number, SMS sender ID, Gmail, Outlook or domain, so greetings arrive from a name people trust.
Who it’s for
Built for the way you work.
The same assistant, tuned to each team’s needs. Here’s how it fits.
-
Businesses with customers and clients
Customers read WhatsApp and SMS far more reliably than marketing email. Reach them where they are.
- WhatsApp from your Business number or ours, with approved templates
- Registered SMS sender IDs with DND fallback
- Branded email through your own domain via custom SMTP
-
HR and people teams
Combine a public team moment with a private personal note for every employee.
- Slack and Microsoft Teams posts in the channel you choose
- A personal email or WhatsApp to the employee on the same day
- Timezone-aware sending for distributed teams
-
Communities, schools and nonprofits
Members use different apps. One schedule covers them all, including public shoutouts.
- Auto-post to your Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
- An SMS gateway that sends from your own phone
- Each group gets its own channels and message style
How it works
Set up in minutes. Runs every year.
Almost nothing to configure. Everything stays under your control.
- 01 Step 1
Connect your channels
Link your WhatsApp Business number, SMS sender ID or gateway, Gmail, Outlook or SMTP, plus Slack, Teams and social pages. Or use Peoplewisher’s defaults.
- 02 Step 2
Choose channels per group
In the group scheduler, pick which channels each group receives, the send time, the template and the sender.
- 03 Step 3
Approve and let it run
Peoplewisher writes each message and card before the day. Review them in the schedule view or let them send themselves.
What you get
Everything you need, nothing to babysit.

Goals
Pick the outcome. Peoplewisher runs the plan.
Which channels can Peoplewisher send celebration messages on?
Peoplewisher sends on email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams and social pages (Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn and X). You choose the channels for each group, and one celebration can go out on several at once, such as a Slack post plus a personal WhatsApp.
Can I send WhatsApp birthday messages from my own business number?
Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business number and greetings send from it using approved templates, or use Peoplewisher’s number if you do not have one. You can also send one-off WhatsApp messages from your own phone.
Can SMS greetings show my business name?
Yes. Peoplewisher supports registered SMS sender IDs, so texts show your brand name where the network allows it. You can also use the SMS gateway to send from your own phone, and DND fallback helps messages reach numbers on do-not-disturb lists.
Can birthday emails come from my Gmail, Outlook or company domain?
Yes. Send through Peoplewisher, connect your Gmail or Outlook account, or set up custom SMTP so every greeting comes from your own domain.
Do I need to write a different message for each channel?
No. Peoplewisher’s AI writes a personal message for each person and fits it to the channel, short for SMS, richer for email. Unlimited templates with personal variables are available if you prefer your own wording.
How much does multi-channel sending cost?
A free plan is available, so you can start without a card, and paid plans include every feature. See pricing for the current plans. SMS and WhatsApp are pay-as-you-go.
