We keep it simple: the website works without any optional cookies. Analytics cookies are only used if you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technology, such as your browser’s local storage, works the same way. This policy covers both, and we call them all “cookies”.
The cookies we use
We use two kinds:
- Strictly necessary: these make the site work the way you asked, for example remembering your cookie choice. They don’t track you and can’t be switched off.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. It’s only loaded if you accept. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell your data.

Google Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, your browser sends Google information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived and your device type. Google may process this outside your country. Before you choose, and if you reject, we tell Google Analytics not to store anything (using Google Consent Mode) and the Analytics script isn’t loaded at all.
Changing your mind
- Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or the button above. If you switch analytics off, we delete the Analytics cookies straight away.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Reject all” and don’t ask, unless you turn analytics on yourself in Cookie settings.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works.
- We ask again every 12 months, or sooner if we change the cookies we use.
Other Peoplewisher sites and links
This policy covers peoplewisher.com. When you sign in to the Peoplewisher app, book a demo with our scheduling partner, or read our blog, those sites may use their own cookies, explained in their own notices. Our help center doesn’t use tracking cookies.
