Introducing Wallet based Messaging, Improved Pricing & Celebration AI Agents. Thank you all for the feedback you continue to share with us.

Your insights are helping shape how PeopleWisher evolves to help businesses strengthen staff and customer relationships and build a culture of recognition through powerful celebration workflows.

We have some exciting updates for you.

What’s New in PeopleWisher?

Wallet-Based Messaging

As we expand PeopleWisher to businesses across more countries, we’ve introduced a Wallet system to make messaging costs simpler and more transparent.

You can now easily see how much you’re spending on messaging and understand the cost associated with each messaging workflow.

Email remains completely free and is included in your base subscription plan.

For SMS and WhatsApp, we continue to offer local messaging rates across supported countries.

Improved Pricing Tiers

We’ve also updated our pricing structure to better support businesses of different sizes.

You can now choose between our Starter and Scale plans, while customizing the number of contacts you want to manage and the services you need.

Our goal is simple: you should only pay for the capacity and services that make sense for your business.

Coming Next: Celebration AI Agents on PeopleWisher

We believe there are three key pillars to building a strong celebration culture:

1. Remembrance

Do you know exactly what to celebrate your people for?

Birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, achievements, personal moments, and important events all create opportunities to make people feel remembered while helping businesses achieve their relationship and engagement goals.

The first step in meaningful celebration is knowing what matters and when it matters.

2. Connection

How do you turn those moments into meaningful interactions?

This is where your celebration messages come in.

Personalized greetings can help you connect with your customers, employees, members, families, and communities in ways that feel timely and meaningful.

A simple message at the right moment can strengthen a relationship and remind someone that they are valued.

3. Appreciation

How do you celebrate your people with something tangible?

Celebration can go beyond a message.

It could be a gift, flowers, a cake, or another thoughtful physical gesture that shows someone they are genuinely valued.

The goal is to move from simply remembering a moment to creating an experience that people can truly appreciate.

The Future: Celebration AI Agents

We’re actively working on Celebration AI Agents for PeopleWisher, intelligent agents designed to help businesses manage and improve every pillar of their celebration workflow.

The vision is for these AI agents to work across all three pillars: Remembrance, Connection, and Appreciation.

They will be able to connect with external systems, access relevant data, and execute meaningful actions on behalf of businesses.

Imagine a system that can identify an important celebration moment, help you understand why it matters, create a personalized message, send it at the right time, and even coordinate a physical gesture.

For example, an AI agent could identify a staff member’s birthday, prepare a personalized birthday greeting, send the message through the appropriate channel, and coordinate the delivery of a cake or gift to their home address.

This is the direction we’re building toward.

From identifying meaningful moments to celebrate, to helping you craft better personalized messages, and eventually coordinating thoughtful appreciation experiences, our mission is to help you build stronger relationships and create measurable positive outcomes through celebration.

PeopleWisher is becoming more than a birthday tool.

We’re building the infrastructure for a culture of celebration.
